1.Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by visiting the Order section in Your Account.

MY ORDER WAS NOT PAID YET

1. Log-in into your account.

2. Place new order

3. Write us a ticket asking to delete old order

MY ORDER WAS PAID

1. Log-in into your account.

2. Go to MY ORDERS

3. If order was sent you cant change anything

3b If order was not sent write us a ticket and write exactly which items you want to change.

2.Change Shipping Address

1. You can change shipping address if order was NOT sent yet.

For this:

1. Log-in into your account.

2. Go to MY ORDERS

3. Click Edit

4. Save

2. If order WAS sent nothing can be changed.
